Forwarding your Phone
  • To forward your phone
    1. Dial  *33
    2. Follow the prompts on the display.
      • When to Forward (1=Unconditional, 2=busy, 3=no answer)
      • Which calls to forward (1=internal, 2=external, 3=both)
      • Dial extension of person who will answer the calls

You will hear 3 short beeps, indicating forwarding is successful.

  • To disable forwarding
    1. Dial  *33
    2. Follow the prompts on the display.
      • When to disable (0=all, 1=unconditional, 2=busy, 3=no answer)
If you choose ‘0’ in disable, the option of which calls to unforward will not appear. All calls are unforwarded.
There appears to be no functional difference between choosing ‘0’ in disabling and choosing ‘1’ in disabling and ‘3’ in which calls to unforward.
      • Which calls to unforward (1=internal, 2=external, 3=both)

You will hear 3 short beeps, indicating unforwarding is successful.

Important Note: if the person you forwarded your calls to does not answer, your voicemail (not the-person-you-forwarded-your-calls-to voicemail) will pick up and receive your message.
