Now for the step-by-step...

1)	Determine what version of Outlook you have. You can find this out by clicking on Help \| About Microsoft Outlook (images below). The top line will tell you what version.

2)	Check the version of Outlook you have and click Show Instructions. 2002 2003 Other Not Sure
